Privacy Policy
Short version: Sandplay does not collect, store or share any personal data.
Sandplay is a falling-sand puzzle game made by Smile Code. This policy explains what happens with your data when you play it.
What we collect
Nothing. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not need an internet connection to play.
What stays on your device
Your progress (stars, discovered materials), your settings and your sandbox creation are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data in your phone's settings deletes them.
In-app purchase
The game offers one optional purchase that unlocks all levels. It is processed entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone, iPad). We never see your name, e-mail address or payment details. The store only tells the game whether the purchase is owned, so it can unlock the levels, also after a reinstall or on a new device with the same Google account or Apple ID. The store's own privacy policy applies to the payment: Google, Apple.
Permissions
The game uses vibration for short haptic feedback, and on Android the billing and internet permissions that Google Play needs for the optional purchase. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Children
Sandplay is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Sandplay je hlavolamová hra s padajúcim pieskom od Smile Code. Tieto zásady vysvetľujú, čo sa deje s tvojimi údajmi počas hrania.
Čo zbierame
Nič. Hra nemá účty, analytiku, reklamy ani sledovanie. Na hranie nepotrebuje internet.
Čo ostáva v tvojom zariadení
Postup (hviezdy, objavené materiály), nastavenia a výtvory v pieskovisku sa ukladajú len v tvojom zariadení. Nikdy sa neposielajú nám ani nikomu inému. Odinštalovaním hry alebo vymazaním jej údajov v nastaveniach telefónu sa zmažú.
Nákup v aplikácii
Hra ponúka jeden nepovinný nákup, ktorý odomkne všetky levely. Celý ho spracúva Google Play (Android) alebo App Store (iPhone, iPad). Nikdy nevidíme tvoje meno, e-mail ani platobné údaje. Obchod hre iba oznámi, či je nákup vlastnený, aby mohla levely odomknúť, aj po preinštalovaní alebo na novom zariadení s rovnakým účtom Google alebo Apple ID. Na platbu sa vzťahujú zásady ochrany súkromia obchodu: Google, Apple.
Oprávnenia
Hra používa vibrácie na krátku hmatovú odozvu a na Androide oprávnenia na platby a internet, ktoré Google Play potrebuje pre nepovinný nákup. Nepristupuje k polohe, kontaktom, fotoaparátu, mikrofónu, fotografiám ani súborom.
Deti
Sandplay je vhodný pre všetky vekové kategórie a od nikoho, ani od detí, nezbiera žiadne údaje.
